What is the minimum order for custom box printing?
BOXCO's Standard Custom production starts at 500 pcs per size/design — lower than typical commercial printer minimums, and sized for brands launching seriously. If you need to validate your packaging first, start with our fixed 10-pc sample service (RM188 white / RM288 printed).
How much does custom box printing cost in Malaysia?
Every project is quoted individually based on box size, material, quantity per design, and finishing. Your quotation is fully itemised — production, die/setup, and design listed separately, with no hidden charges. Design packages are published from RM88; samples from RM188. How long does custom box production take?
Standard production is estimated at 21 working days after your written final artwork approval. Priority production (estimated 10 working days) is available subject to slot availability. Courier time is separate, calculated once boxes are completed and weighed.
Can you design my box if I have no artwork?
Yes. Based on what you already have (logo, content, references), we recommend one of three design packages — Artwork Adaptation RM88, Full Packaging Layout RM188, or Creative Concept from RM688. You approve a written proof before printing.
What file format do I need if I design it myself?
Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or vector PDF following the BOXCO artwork guide — fonts outlined, 300dpi images, bleed included. We check your file against the guide before production; if corrections are needed, we recommend the right adaptation package.
Can I see a physical sample before the full order?
Yes — that's exactly what our fixed sample service is for: 10 pcs Plain White Structural Sample RM188, or Printed & Laminated Sample RM288 (one size, one structure).
Do you deliver outside Klang Valley?
Yes — nationwide across Malaysia (KL, Selangor, Johor, Penang, East Malaysia) and Singapore. Self-collection is available in Pontian, Johor.
