Please add at least 3mm bleed on all sides, keep text and logos 3–5mm inside the safe area, and avoid important elements near folding or cutting lines. This prevents white edges after trimming. See our Artwork Guidelines.

We print in CMYK. Colours may vary slightly vs. screens and different runs. For brand‑critical colours, we can discuss Pantone matching or provide a printed proof at extra cost. Read more in our Artwork Guidelines.

Yes. We offer digital/printed proofs and physical prototypes (charged separately). This is useful for colour checking and fit testing before full production.

Most foldable cartons ship flat to save space and cost. Rigid boxes can be delivered assembled. If you need assembly service, let us know.
Kebanyakan kotak lipat dihantar rata (flat) untuk jimat ruang dan kos. Kotak rigid biasanya siap pasang. Jika perlukan servis pemasangan, beritahu kami.
Projects typically proceed with a deposit and balance upon completion. We accept bank transfer/FPX; card options are available. Request an e‑invoice if needed.

Print and die‑cut have standard tolerances. Expect minor variance: ±1–2mm on cut/fold and slight CMYK colour shift between batches. We follow industry best practice QC.

Our boxes are for outer packaging. For direct food contact, use a food‑grade liner or inner bag. Tell us your use case so we can advise suitable materials/finishes.

Absolutely! If you don't have a design, our in-house team can create one that aligns with your brand's style. We will provide a draft for your approval before printing. Our design services start from RM58 and may vary based on complexity. To discuss your design needs, please contact us.

For the best printing results, please provide vector files such as Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or PDF (.pdf). If your design includes images, ensure they are high-resolution. For all text, please convert it to Create Outlines to prevent font issues during printing. If you need help checking your files, feel free to contact us.

Our most popular choice is Art Card due to its smooth surface and excellent print quality. For a more natural or eco-friendly look, Kraft Card (brown color) is another great option. These are final touches to make your box look more premium. Spot UV adds a glossy layer to specific areas, like a logo. Hot Stamping uses metallic foil (gold, silver, Red, Blue etc.) for a luxurious effect. Finally, Embossing creates a raised 3D effect on the design, while Debossing creates a sunken-in impression.
Finishing ni sentuhan last untuk kotak nampak lebih premium. Spot UV buat logo atau bahagian tertentu jadi berkilat. Hot Stamping pula guna foil emas/perak/merah/biru/atau warna lain untuk efek metalik yang mewah. Ada juga finishing Embossed untuk menjadikan bahagian tertentu timbul dan sebaliknya finishing Debossed untuk menjadikan bahagian tertentu tenggelam.
