Please add at least 3mm bleed on all sides, keep text and logos 3–5mm inside the safe area, and avoid important elements near folding or cutting lines. This prevents white edges after trimming. See our Artwork Guidelines.

We print in CMYK. Colours may vary slightly vs. screens and different runs. For brand‑critical colours, we can discuss Pantone matching or provide a printed proof at extra cost. Read more in our Artwork Guidelines.

Use 300 dpi images at final print size. Avoid upscaling small images. Vector artwork (AI/PDF) is preferred for logos and line art. See Artwork Guidelines.

Yes. We offer digital/printed proofs and physical prototypes (charged separately). This is useful for colour checking and fit testing before full production.

Most foldable cartons ship flat to save space and cost. Rigid boxes can be delivered assembled. If you need assembly service, let us know.

Standard Custom orders proceed with a 75% deposit; the balance is due before collection or delivery. Payment confirms acceptance of BOXCO's T&C, and paid deposits are non-refundable for customer cancellation. We accept bank transfer/FPX; card options available; e‑invoice on request.

Print and die‑cut have standard tolerances. Expect minor variance: ±1–2mm on cut/fold and slight CMYK colour shift between batches. We follow industry best practice QC.

Our boxes are for outer packaging. For direct food contact, use a food‑grade liner or inner bag. Tell us your use case so we can advise suitable materials/finishes.

Rigid looks premium and ships assembled, higher unit cost. Foldable carton ships flat, cost‑effective and great for retail. Share your budget and goals — we’ll recommend the best fit.

E‑Flute is thin and ideal for printed mailers. B/C‑Flute offers more cushioning for heavier items. Tell us your product weight and shipping method for a precise suggestion.

Yes. We can produce paperboard or foam inserts to secure your items inside the box. Share your product dimensions or a sample for best results.

Yes, we ship nationwide in Malaysia and to Singapore. Transit time varies by courier and volume; we’ll advise ETA with your quotation.

Urgent orders carry a surcharge (typically 30–40% of the quoted amount), subject to slot availability — we always check capacity before confirming any date.

Yes! Based on what you already have, we recommend one of three design packages: Artwork Adaptation RM88 (you have logo, final content and a clear reference — we rebuild it print-ready), Full Packaging Layout RM188 (you have logo, content and assets — our designer arranges the full layout), or Creative Concept from RM688 (we develop direction from zero, scoped with a creative brief). For the best printing results, please provide vector files such as Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or PDF (.pdf). If your design includes images, ensure they are high-resolution. For all text, please convert it to Create Outlines to prevent font issues during printing. If you need help checking your files, feel free to contact us.

Our most popular choice is Art Card due to its smooth surface and excellent print quality. For a more natural or eco-friendly look, Kraft Card (brown color) is another great option. These are final touches to make your box look more premium. Spot UV adds a glossy layer to specific areas, like a logo. Hot Stamping uses metallic foil (gold, silver, Red, Blue etc.) for a luxurious effect. Finally, Embossing creates a raised 3D effect on the design, while Debossing creates a sunken-in impression.

Yes — we offer a fixed 10-pc sample service: Plain White Structural Sample RM188 (test fit and structure) or Printed & Laminated Sample RM288 (full-colour print with standard lamination). One size, one structure per sample; courier calculated separately. If a new structural drawing is needed, a Custom Dieline is RM188 with a sample order. Please contact us for more information.

Standard production is estimated at 21 working days after your written final artwork approval and production-queue confirmation. Priority production (estimated 10 working days) is available subject to slot availability, with an urgent surcharge. Courier time is calculated separately once your boxes are completed and weighed.
